Our data model is well known and well documented, as the Data Warehouse data model is based on the FHIR schema.  The data warehouse supports the SQL on FHIR standard which is designed for querying data from FHIR resources.  This data model integrates with third-party tools via built in connections, supporting SQL, APIs, and FHIR standards.  It facilitates direct access, reporting, and analytics with customizable dashboards and user-friendly interfaces for authorized users.  Clients may choose to build reports and charts within the Outcome HIE Platform, as well as outside the platform, using their own tools.
