The system is designed to provide confirmation mechanisms that verify successful delivery of health results to intended recipients, thereby reducing the risk of missed or delayed information. Additionally, robust error handling mechanisms are in place to manage and report any issues encountered during the delivery process, ensuring the reliability of the results delivery system.
Define Rules and Conditions that Trigger Workflows
The platform supports both real-time and batch processing of results, accommodating different use cases and preferences among healthcare providers. Integration with clinical decision support systems is also available, enabling healthcare providers to receive and interpret health results in the context of patient care, which fosters informed decision-making. Furthermore, the system includes tools for setting up automatic distribution of reports, allowing users to establish routing rules for designated information delivery.
Results can be accessed by FHIR APIs, Portal Lookup (Results Delivery and Clinical Inbox) and also our Data Warehouse. Among these methods, clients are able to distribute results one at a time or in bulk.
